1998  We opened Cherry Creek Log Furniture, on the banks of the real Cherry Creek, Creek, Denver, Colorado.
1999 So many people where intrested in building their own log furniture,  that we approched Colorado Free University and created a curriculum to offer a beginner class.  558 students over the years was a fantastic experience for our company.  Thank You Colorado Free University and our students!!!!!!!!!!!!
2000 We were approached by the State of Montana and asked to teach a week long class in Billings to a group of disabled workers.  Both CBS & NBC picked up their story and we were grateful for that exposure.  The real payoff for our company was the opportunity to create some great relationships with the students in the class.  Their grit and determination to overcome was very inspiring...It was truly a humbling experience.
2001 We wrote and published "Build Your Own Log Furniture".  In addition we hooked up with some motivated and extremely tallented students working with the Colorado Film Institute and made a video to accompany the Book. The Book was sponsored in part by DeWalt, Tightbond Glue and Minwax.
